A commission painting is an opportunity to have a one-of-a-kind, unique piece of artwork customized to your style. My approach to producing an art commission is flexible and collaborative. I look forward to working with you to create a unique piece of art that you will thoroughly enjoy. I am passionate about my work and will work closely with you to produce a piece of art that will bring enjoyment to your life. There is no size limit to the artwork as all of the paintings are custom-made on high-quality stretched cotton canvas and premium acrylic or oil paints. Terms and Conditions This commission order is a promise to create a one of a kind fine art painting. Collaboration between the two parties is necessary to convey the purchasers specifications for the painting. If the purchaser is not satisfied with the finished painting, the Purchaser will allow the artist to re-do or make changes to the painting to the purchasers liking. If the purchaser is not completely satisfied with the finished painting, the artist will refund 20% the amount "paid in advance" to cover the artist materials and time. The purchaser agrees to pay 50% of the commission price upfront and 50% when painting is ready to be shipped or delivered. The final payment must be paid before shipping. The cost of the landscape commission order is an estimate only. The materials, size, complexity of the work, and how long it will take to complete, will determine the actual price. The actual price will be given to the purchaser within two weeks after artwork is agreed on between the parties, or sooner. I will work with you to discuss your options on the style of landscape art painting you would like (size, style, color scheme) the details of which will be used to formulate a quote. Once the details have been finalized and work has begun, you will be notified with photo and/or video updates, and your feedback is greatly encouraged to ensure your painting is what you want. The timeframes can vary depending on workload, typically a commission takes between 2-4 weeks for landscape and custom orders to be completed.
