General Refund Policy
1. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your painting, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.
Please contact us before returning your painting so we can provide you with the necessary instructions.
Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs on non‑damaged items.
2. Damaged Paintings (Shipping Damage) If your painting arrives damaged:
Send a picture of the damaged painting and the packaging to brendasartisticpaints@gmail.com and title the subject line “Damaged Painting” so it can be located quickly.
The damage will be evaluated, and a 100% refund will be granted on unpresentable paintings at the seller’s discretion.
Return shipping for damaged paintings will be paid for by Artistic Paints by Brenda Jean LLC.
To complete the return:
Return the damaged painting Include all accessories and original packaging, Include the original receipt or gift receipt. Ship the return within 14 days of receiving the product
Once received, we will exchange the item or issue a refund based on the original payment method.
3. Classes & Events Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the event may be eligible for credit toward a future class. No-shows or cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.If we must cancel an event, you will receive a full refund or credit.
4. Custom Commissions
Deposits for custom artwork are non-refundable once work has begun, due to the personalized nature of commissioned pieces.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: Gift cardsDownloadable digital productsServices already rendered (classes, private lessons, events)
6. Refund Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
