If for any reason you are not happy with your painting, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange Painting must be in original condition with no damage. Please contact us before returning your painting so we can provide you with the necessary instructions. Please note that the customer is responsible for safe return of paintings and is responsible for shipping costs.
For shipping damage on paintings, send a picture of the damaged painting and packaging to brenjen565@gmail.com and title the subject “Damaged Painting” so I can locate it quickly in my email. The damage will be evaluated, and a 100% refund will be granted on unpresentable paintings at the seller’s discretion. Return on damaged painting will be paid for by Artistic Paints by Brenda Jean LLC.
Return the damaged painting with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method.
