Send a picture of the damaged painting and packaging to brenjen565@gmail.com and title the subject “Damaged Painting” so I can locate it quickly in my email. The damage will be evaluated, and a 100% refund will be granted on unpresentable paintings at the seller’s discretion.
Return the damaged painting with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method.
